Offering friendship, acceptance and a safe place, the Shed gives women an opportunity to become more confident in their abilities, learn new skills, and share ideas.

We recognise a gap in our community for women to not only have a dedicated space of their own to learn and develop the inner and outer skills needed for healthy, independent living but also to celebrate, inspire and nurture the positive potential within every woman

We are a “one size fits all” group open to all women regardless of their skill level or situation. We embrace non-discriminatory diversity of all ages, cultures, sexuality and circumstances.
