Walk N Talk for Life Lithgow

Walk ’n’ Talk for Life
Walk ’n’ Talk for Life supports mental health and suicide prevention by bringing people together to walk, talk, and connect outdoors. Walking side by side helps reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and build a stronger sense of community.
