The Lithgow Small Arms Factory Museum shares the industrial story of the Lithgow factory and the people who worked there over many decades. Its collections, archives, and displays bring to life the skills, processes, and working environment of a major Australian industrial site, along with the community built around it.
Volunteers assist across admissions, guiding visitors, operating the shop, helping with general upkeep of buildings and grounds, and supporting the care and presentation of the Museum’s collections and archives.
